The 2011-2012 Seasonal Flu Vaccine

IGO has the Seasonal Flu Vaccine available for our patients.

The CDC recommends vaccination for all people 6 months of age and older. Vaccination is especially important for people who are at a higher risk for severe influenza and for close contacts of children younger than 6 months.

The 2011-2012 vaccine provides protection against three different influenza viruses including the H1N1 virus.

Flu Vaccine is available in our office for any IGO patient. Other family members or contacts are asked to visit their primary care physician or a local clinic for immunization.
