IGO Makes Small Miracles Happen Everyday

IGO offers state-of-the-art comprehensive infertility services within the comfort and confidentiality of a private practice office setting. Our board-certified physicians have additional training in reproductive biology and endocrinology. They specialize in working together with IGO's other health care professionals to solve the many and diverse problems encountered by the infertile couple.

IGO Medical Group is exceptionally pleased and proud of the quality and competence of our Assisted Reproductive Technologies Program. Since 1983, when we achieved San Diego's first IVF pregnancy, IGO has added many additional features including office-based egg recovery and embryo transfer, Blastocyst Culture, egg donation, embryo cryopreservation, and micromanipulation (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection and Assisted Hatching). The IGO Medical Group Laboratory performs advanced laboratory studies on the male and female including looking for the presence of antisperm antibodies and strict sperm morphology measurements. Ultrasound studies and hormone measurements are done in our office. A complete out-patient operating room is available to provide convenience and confidentiality for our patients.
